Re:Sloppy Joes

This is my go-to sloppy joe recipe - have made it many times - it is anything but bland. If you follow the recipe, you will be pleased. The beans are a nice touch!

Re:Chicken Noodle Soup with Lemongrass

I hold a soup party every New Year's day and make 5 different soups - guests vote on their favorite and it is the only one I repeat the following year. This soup was the winner this year - super easy to make. My tip for lemongrass is to root whole lemongrass from the store in a glass of water and plant in a pot. Now, I have lemongrass whenever I need it and it is a great looking plant.

Re:Sichuan Braised Cod

Great dish, loved the sauce - I should have made a little more. I used 5 dried Thai Bird peppers for a nice amount of heat.

Re:Greek Salad

This is one of my go to salads. I serve it as an appetizer - great with fresh bread.

Re:Grilled Thai Ginger-Garlic Pork Chops

Perfect - only had time to marinade for 4 hours and did not have cilantro so used lime basil instead. The chops were juicy and were rated as "the best pork chops I have ever had" by one dinner guest.
