Re:Stuffed Pasta Shells

I made half the recipe for two of us--looking forward to a couple nights of leftovers. I used the home made ricotta, will never use store bought again. This dish tastes like Italy. No heavy meat sauces, just luscious buttery richness. Served with green salad. Excellent!

Re:Gingery Plum Cake

Followed directions exactly.(used low fat sour cream) Cake was done in the center (and nicely browned on the edges) after only an additional 25 min. Excellent moist cake, great summer dessert.
