For more than 25 years, I have had a love affair with cooking. I share my passion for connecting family and friends with healthy, delicious food at my blog Savoring Today.
I believe great food goes beyond flavor or nourishment—it fosters relationship. Preparing meals is one of the significant ways we promote health, meet practical needs, and demonstrate the value of those served at the same time.
Slowing the pace to allow dinnertime to be an experience of the senses, nourishing, and relational is a rewarding effort. I'd love it if you'd join me.

If you go to this link: http://savoringtoday.com/2011/04/05/test-kitchen-tuesdays-seafood-lo-mein/ you will find Emeril's recipe with my adjustments in the comments in detail. I simply haven't got the recipe re-written with my adjustment in a cohesive piece, which is why Emeril's recipe is mentioned above. Please let me know if you have any further questions by leaving a comment on my site -- I am not notified by Fine Cooking when a comment is made there, but I am if you comment on Savoring Today.
