Re:Vegetarian Chopped Liver

Really good. I almost always give FC recipes five stars, but I had to knock one off here. This was a great recipe, but it did need an extra shot of flavor. Maybe cooking in wine as the other reviewer suggested? That said, everyone I served this to LOVED it (as long as I didn't use the word "liver"!

Re:Popcorn with Sweet Butter and Sea Salt

So good. So easy. Dangerously addictive. Leftovers still tasted great the next day.

Re:Black Bean Soup with Sweet Potatoes

Wonderful! Perfect winter soup, and healthy to boot! I've made it with fennel instead of aniseed, since I couldn't find it in my grocery store. A fine substitute!I just made it again and used star anise this time. I just threw one whole "star" in the pot along with the other spices. It added a nice, subtle anise-flavor.

Re:Mocha Sandwich Cookies

These are yummy, but there is no way I could get 5 dozen out of this recipe! I rolled the dough pretty thin and used my 1.5 inch cookie cutter, but only got about 2 dozen. They're still tasty though!

Re:Oatmeal-Chocolate Chip Waffle Cookies

Very tasty and easy! What a fun variation! They didn't crumble or stick at all. I found using a set of small ice tongs worked beautifully for removing the cookies from the iron.

Re:Chicken Fajitas with Red Pepper, Onion & Lime

This is so good and so easy! I served it with Guacamole, cilantro, lettuce, and cheese.Be sure not to mess with the chicken too much in the pan so it can get nice and blackened.

Re:Fusilli with Feta & Lemon-Caper Pesto

Yum! Left out the anchovies and used gorgonzala instead of feta. I also used my food processor instead of a blender.
