Re:Pistachio-Crusted Lamb Chops

Wow! This recipe is a real standout. Heeding another comment, I doubled the seasoning for 12 chops, and it was perfect. Any less, and we wouldn't have had enough seasoning. I recommend pairing the dish with the suggested lentils and rice and plain Greek yogurt mixed with chopped mint. Delicious!

Re:Plum-Glazed Duck Breasts

Delicious and deceptively easy. I used this plum glaze again with goose and it was equally sublime.

Re:Lamb Stew with Flageolets and Herbs

Really flavorful, hearty, and delicious! It came together quickly too on a weeknight. Like others, I had a tough time finding flageolets and substituted white beans. Will definitely make again.

Re:Ginger Apple Crumb Pie

This was really delightful! I had my own recipe for the crust, but I followed the rest of the instructions to a T. The fresh ginger infused a great flavor alongside the apples and the tasty crumble topping.

Re:Tagliatelle with Quick Lamb Sugo

Really tasty and very easy to throw together on a weeknight! I ended up using white wine, as it was the only thing I had on hand and the flavor was on par with other bolognese sauces I've made that have taken much longer.

Excellent flavor, particularly if you love sage! Highly recommended preparing with the mushroom gravy recipe referenced within. Best turkey I've ever made.
