Wow! This recipe is a real standout. Heeding another comment, I doubled the seasoning for 12 chops, and it was perfect. Any less, and we wouldn't have had enough seasoning. I recommend pairing the dish with the suggested lentils and rice and plain Greek yogurt mixed with chopped mint. Delicious!

Really flavorful, hearty, and delicious! It came together quickly too on a weeknight. Like others, I had a tough time finding flageolets and substituted white beans. Will definitely make again.

This was really delightful! I had my own recipe for the crust, but I followed the rest of the instructions to a T. The fresh ginger infused a great flavor alongside the apples and the tasty crumble topping.

Really tasty and very easy to throw together on a weeknight! I ended up using white wine, as it was the only thing I had on hand and the flavor was on par with other bolognese sauces I've made that have taken much longer.
