I was just looking at your One-Pot meals from Fall 2011. This dish is on the cover and it looks delicious! I was going to make it. However, I discovered that I had already made it in February, 2012. My comment on the page was "too much work, expensive and very bland. Do not make again." The photography is beautiful but the dish was a disappointment.

I used this recipe on halibut. It was easy to make and very good. Very light and fresh! I also served a salad with my halibut so I probably could have skipped the parsley but it was pretty on top. I will make again.

This recipe for halibut was easy to make and delicious.I loved the bread crumbs on top of the fish and the green parsley that topped it. I will definitely make this recipe again.

I loved this recipe. I always freeze cranberries during the season for later use. I loved this recipe using cranberries and maple syrup. Delicious and easy to make!

My dinner was not planned so I did not have the mushrooms or green onions but I knew I would love the glaze since I love Asian flavors. My husband cooked skinless, boneless thighs in a frying pan with olive oil. We made the glaze and then added to the cooked thighs and the sauce thickenup up even more. We sprinkled the sesame seeds on top. We love this recipe. I'd like to make again with the mushrooms and serve with roasted carrots and Lundberg rice.

I love slow cooked pot roast but I was very disappointed in this recipe. It was very bland and I love horseradish and mustard. I will not make it again.

Re:Summer Corn Chowder with Scallions, Bacon & Potatoes

I made this for a weeknight dinner during corn season. It was good but not spectacular. However, a great recipe for all my garden scallions. I may make it again with a few suggestions of other reviewer - squeeze of lime and maybe some shredded cheese. Definitely needs more than 3 slices of bacon too. I added a dollop of sour cream on top. I did think it was fairly easy to make.
