I'm not a huge fan of Hollandaise sauce but my friend is and he really liked it. I was so intimidated to make it but it turned out perfectly.

This creme brulee is silky and delicious! The step by step instructions make it so easy to follow the recipe. I also like that it only serves 4. I usually cook for 2 adults plus a toddler, so with this recipe I don't end up with a ton of leftovers that I'm forced to eat for days. ;)

I messed up the sauce but the cooking method is excellent and easy to follow. They really are fall of the bone tender ribs.

This cheesecake is incredible! Creamy, sweet with loads of caramel flavor. I put extra dulce de leche on top instead of caramel and it was sinfully delicious!

I made these today for mothers day and they were great. Just the right amount of sweetness,and the texture is very light and delicate. I think my oven runs a little hot so the bottoms got a bit too brown so I'll adjust the temperature next time to see if that works out.

I made these for lunch and it was a quick and easy recipe. Reading through some of the other reviews I decided for boil for only 2 min. and I think it helped. They were soft on the inside and crisp outside and had a lot of potato flavor, so perhaps I didn't add enough salt? Also, they cooked very quickly - 15 min on one side and 6 on the other. Some of the smaller pieces were slightly burnt on the ends. I guess it depends on how you cut them and how hot your oven is so watch them carefully.

It was great - simple to make with easy to find ingredients. It was underwhelming at first but the more I ate the yummier it got! lol The crunchy noodles were a nice touch.

I made this tonight and it was fantastic! Really garlicy, creamy and the leeks add like a mellow onion flavor. Mmm...sooo good. I've never braised anything before - it did make all the flavors meld together really well. Worth the 40 minutes.

I made this on the weekend and it turned out perfectly! The directions are so easy to follow and the end result was just like in the photo :) I didn't have fresh herbs on hand so I substituted with a small portion of dry and it was just fine. The taleggio cheese was fabulous!
