I love great food, great wine and great friends! I love to cook and try new things! I am not much of a baker...although I do give it a shot once in a while :)

Excellent!! I didn't have vermouth so I used Sherry. Easy, fast, elegant!!!

Re:Individual Beef Croustades with Boursin & Mushrooms

Wonderful presentation and taste. Served this for 8 girls cutting a large tenderloin piece in half and was still more than enough. Will definitely make this again.

Re:Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Love roasting pumpkin seeds!!! Agree with the other rating...leave some of the goo on. I like oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and some ground pepper!!! I also roast a long time and stir stir stir!!

Re:Balsamic Sautéed Mushrooms

We really enjoyed this was super tasty! Served it cold with salmon. Next time I would add a little chicken broth and reduce because I found it a tad too sweet.

Re:Grilled Mustard-Rosemary Chicken

I liked the flavour...didn't think it was very moist. But it is a simple crowd pleasing recipe. I wouldn't cook it as long as it is called for next time.

Re:Rosemary-Mustard Grilled Potatoes

Served these with Mediterranean Grilled Pork with Tomato-Olive Salsa from this site. I had no trouble with the sauce sticking and thought the end product was very good. With the variations I think this is a great recipe for a quick weeknight barbeque with burgers or an elegant side for a dinner party.

Re:Mediterranean Grilled Pork, Chicken or Turkey with Tomato-Olive Salsa

I too was hesitant in making this. I gave my husband the choice of 3 different recipes for pork from this site and this is the one he picked. I wouldn't have ever made this if he hadn't picked it...ever. I am sooooooo glad he picked it!My husband absolutely loved this but more importantly...I loved it too!Next time I would have a thicker, meatier pork chop. I wouldn't rub it at all (I think the salsa is the hit here and doesn't need the rub because it doesn't do anything for it) salt and pepper would do the trick. I would use the rub if I was just having a grilled pork. I would omit the capers. I love capers but the olives give it the only kick it needs. But that is just my opinion!!

Re:Spaghetti with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Way too rich with not enough flavour. I would make it again if I could figure out what it needed.

Re:Parmesan-Crumbed Chicken

I found the dijon tang just a little too much...and I love dijon. Maybe a little less dijon and a little more cheese...perhaps a stronger one to help off set the dijon.
