I thought this was tasty but not as tasty as many of he fine cooking recipes I make, I cut the chicken pieces a little smaller in order to ensure quick cooking time and it still took the full amount of time per the recipe. I would make this again for a weeknight meal but it's not a recipe I would consider for more than my immediate family,

I followed the instructions exactly and loved how easy this was. Unfortunately, it was quite bland. While there's nothing bad about it, it was not nearly as tasty as many of the recipes I try from Fine cooking. I don't think I would make this again.

Re:Smoked Paprika Potato Chips

These chips were super easy to make, could be made ahead and were very tasty - they had a nice orange color but weren't overly spicy. I did need the full 30 minutes of cooking time to get them crisped up, even with having used the 1/16th blade of my mandolin. While we liked the chips plain, we thought they were fantastic when dipped in a little blue cheese sauce. I would make these again.

This was wonderful. I made a half recipe and split it between two small oval casserole dishes - cute presentation and still delicious. This would be a fantastic entertaining / holiday recipe as you can prepare virtually everything ahead and the cooking time is minimal. I will make this again and again.

Re:Three-Mustard Bistro Marinade

Fantastic. I used a pork tenderloin, left in the marinade all day and then grilled it. I suggest you keep a small amount of the marinade aside to use as a dip/ sauce after cooking - fantastic. This clearly would be wonderful on chicken and even more so on a skirt steak or flat iron. Yum!

I used flap loin meat and arugula (in place of the watercress) but otherwise followed the recipe as written. My husband and I really enjoyed the sandwich for a weeknight meal. Next time I'll make it for a picnic.

Re:Southwestern Quinoa Salad with Black Beans and Farm Stand Veggies

This recipe was a healthy and tasty break from Costco's quinoa salad, which I often buy when I'm in a pinch. I followed the recipe exactly. It did take a bit of time to chop up all the veggies but it was worth it. Everyone loved it, even my husband who does not like quinoa.
