Re:Moroccan Chicken Burgers with Feta and Carrot Slaw

These burgers were soooo good! I altered the burger recipe a bit- added some cilantro and ras el hanout spice (in addition to the mint and cumin). As for the slaw, it was delicious cool, crunchy compliment to the heat in the juicy burgers. I doubled the number of carrots and used just a 1tsp of sugar. My carrots were already sweet and I personally felt the recipe didn't need the entire 2tsps. I've made carrots slaws before I just don't care for a lot of added sugar! We also added some tomatoes and cucumbers to our pitas. For leftovers, my husband continued to make pita sandwiches and I turned the meal in burger/slaw salad bowls with some greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and cilantro. We will definitely be making these again!

Re:Wheat Berry Salad with Green Beans and Corn

WOW! Joanne Weir never ever disappoints and this recipe is a total keeper. I made it for my husband and I and didn't alter a single thing. The combination of crisp and sweet veggies along with the blue cheese is just grand. I used frozen corn FYI. Since I made it for 2 people and was hoping we could take leftovers for lunch, I didn't toss the whole salad in the vinaigrette. I made the vinaigrette and we dressed our servings individually each time. I was surprised that on day 3 this salad was still crisp and just as good!

I doubled the sauce recipe and added some black pepper to the cornstarch slurry because i love black pepper. Used fresh juice from a navel orange. Tony's recipes never disappoint!

This recipe is foolproof and delicious! It's worth finding the best basil, pine nuts and parmesan since there are few ingredients and they are uncooked..the only thing I did differently was gently toast the pine nuts to enhance their flavor. Perfect.

Excellent and easy recipe. I cut it in half and it was perfect. So elegant and so simple, this is guaranteed to impress! I used vanilla bean and the little black flecks looked perfect in the creamy custard.

Re:Garlicky Tortellini, Spinach & Tomato Soup

Great recipe! I threw in a couple of fresh diced roma tomatoes in addition to the can of tomatoes because I had them leftover. I made this soup for someone special who was sick and it was perfect. Comforting, hearty and super easy to throw together! I served it with some crusty bread and it was perfect.
