Re:Chicken Sauté with Lemon, Cumin, and Parsley

Quick and easy, with a simple, harmonious blend of flavors. Next time I'll add more cumin, as I feel it would have made the dish stand out more. I also might add more parsley, or possibly add it during the sauteing process - I could hardly discern the taste of it over all of the lemon. Still, for an easy one-pan dinner, it definitely satisfied. Tasted a lot more fancy than it actually was to prepare.

Re:Spinach and Leek Soup with Garlic and Cannellini Beans

Made this as a the recipe dictated; wouldn't change a thing. Light, perfect soup without heavy salts or spices. It might be a bit bland for others, but I think it's perfect for the warm spring weather, or to make for someone who is not feeling well. The beans made it very filling!

Re:Mustard Chicken with Deviled Crumbs

Chicken turned out moist with a healthy dose of mustard flavor. The breadcrumbs were absolutely the best part, though - I may save the instructions on how to make those and use them for other dishes, as well! Toasty and garlicky with just a little bit of heat...I imagine they would work well coating pork, or baked over a nice gratin. Easy weeknight dinner that I would totally make again.

Re:Baked Brie with Dried Cherries & Thyme

Absolutely fabulous. The savory chopped thyme is really what makes it, in my opinion. The first time I made this I accidentally used a little extra, but it tasted so good that I continue to make it with a bit more thyme than specified in the recipe each time.It has been a huge hit among family and coworkers, and I get requests to make it for almost every small get-together I attend.
