Re:Balsamic Vegetable-Stuffed Roasted Chicken

Just finished dinner and it was great! I followed the directions as written. My bird was a little bigger so the cooking time was longer. Making sure the vegies are finely diced I think is important. We will definitely be making this again.

Re:Five-Spice-Glazed Salmon with Sesame Green Beans

Made this dish last night and it was wonderful. I did broil the whole dish a little longer than recommended. I added a minute more for the first time and two minutes after stirring the green beans. I did keep an eye on it though. Overall, easy and delicious, can't beat that!

Re:Lamb Skewers with Green Olive & Mint Sauce

Made these for dinner this weekend, they are great! It was easy to put together and a great new flavor with lamb. I followed the recipe except that I made it for 10! I will be making this again.

Re:Shrimp and Asparagus with Cheddar Grits

Just made this dish tonight, it was great! I made it as is, including the corn grits. The flavors worked beautifully together. It comes together very quickly. It's easy, quick, and very tasty. I will certainly make this again!

Re:Brownie Bowties

This cookie takes a little more time than the Palmiers, but well worth the effort. The bowtie is very festive looking and is delicious! Having a scale and a ruler for this whole recipe helps make all the cookies look more uniform.

Re:Caramel-Glazed Cardamom Palmiers

I love this cookie! Actually I love the whole recipe, the cream cheese dough is easy to work with and the three resulting cookies are great. I made all of them last year and they were all very good. Making these Palmiers is fun and easy.

Re:Cream Cheese Dough

This has become a Holiday favorite for me. All three cookies are excellent. They are easy to make and, if you don't eat them before your guests arrive, they are very popular on your dessert tray.
