By tasting this, you'd never guess how healthy it is! This is a delicious fall recipe and a great one to play with spices and heat. The cilantro gives a great fresh finish.

Re:Broiled Miso-Marinated Halibut

I've cooked this recipe a couple times now with black cod and it is delicious! The deep buttery flavor of the black cod is a nice balance for this lighter marinade. Pieces were medium-thickness so the fish cooked fully by the time the glaze caramelized. I also reapplied the glaze a couple times while broiling to keep the glaze moist and prevent it from burning.

Re:Indian-Spiced Chicken with Lime & Cilantro

DELICIOUS and very easy, especially if you plan ahead the day before. I paired it with a basmati rice pilaf and roasted cauliflower. One word of caution - be prepared for some smoke from the oven! I may try broiling at a lower temp (400?) next time to avoid the smoke.
