Re:Spicy Meatballs with Fragrant Tomato Sauce

I really like this recipe, and enjoy the spiciness. I made it exactly as written and it was perfect. I can never understand people who change a recipe and then say that they didn't like it. I will often change things a second time if I think that the recipe needs something a little extra.... but not this one. It freezes well so I will often make it ahead as a go-to meal when I have company for an extended time. Always popular!

Re:Warm Potato Salad with Lemon and Fresh Herbs

This is a great little side dish. The herb mixture is rather more than I use, but it keeps well in the fridge and can easily be used again!Delicious..... maybe I used a little more garlic, but I am a big garlic fan!

Re:Raspberry-Balsamic Semifreddo

This was amazing. I made the raspberry and balsamic recipe for a family gathering and wowed everyone! The video certainly gives one confidence, though the recipe is actually quite forgiving, so one shouldn't be discouraged by all the steps.I thoroughly recommend adding this to your 'favourites'.

Re:Chicken Stroganoff with Mushrooms, Sherry & Sage

This recipe is delicious, I made it exactly as described, but did make sure to reduce the sherry for the more intense flavour.I always make recipes exactly as called for the first time and then make adjustments afterwards if I see the need. This didn't need any adjustments.Served with noodles for a delicious dinner - this one will be a regular in my repertoire!

Re:Orecchiette with Fennel, Sausage & Tomatoes

Such an excellent recipe. It has become one of my staple pasta recipes. I agree that it's akin to going to a decent Italian restaurant. I often have a variety of European flavoured sausages in my freezer and have successfully substituted these for the sweet Italian ones when I wanted to make this but didn't have the correct sausage on hand. Although I prefer to use the correct sausage whenever possible.I would add that I have never found this recipe to be salty.I usually make the full recipe for two of us and freeze what is left for another evening. Four perfect servings from this recipe.

I made 6 dozen of these for a Boxing Day party and they were the hit of the party. I couldn't cook them fast enough!!A marvelous recipe, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an impressive and easy appetizer. They freeze and cook very well.
