Re:Cauliflower Tikka Masala

This was easy, quick, and my family loved it! When I first finished it, it tasted meh. Luckily, I had to go pick up one of my kids before dinner, and in that half hour I was gone, the flavors really melded and, after adding some salt, it tasted as good as any tikka masala sauce we've had at Indian restaurants.

Re:Chicken and Corn Chowder

My family loved it! I make a lot of soup and had my doubts considering it took half an hour start to finish. It was delicious and not heavy. High in fat, yes, but also high in protein, and we balanced it out over the week with other dinner recipes lower in fat. Comfort food - I'll make this again!

Re:Roasted Cauliflower and Arugula Salad with Sumac Dressing

Love! Made it as a main course and served with bread. My family says, "Make it again!" so I will.

Re:Turkey Sausage and Mushroom Baguette Pizza

Fine Cooking emailed this Make it Tonight recipe to me. It was a nice change-up, so easy to make, and my family loved it - they gave it a "make-it-again" rating. Thanks, Ronne.

Re:Black & Blueberry Pie with Lemon-Cornmeal Crust

Fantastic! I ended up using all blueberries and no blackberries. Neither my daughter nor my husband like blueberries, but it was my son's pick, and guess what? Once my husband and daughter saw the pie come out of the oven, they decided they might as well try it (they wouldn't want to be rude, after all). Loved it - now they're giving blueberries a second chance. All's well that ends well : )
