Re:Baked Ham with Cherry-Pomegranate Glaze & Pan Sauce

I made this for Xmas dinner. Everyone loved the flavor of the ham. I think it was one of the best we've ever had. The pan sauce was not overly sweet or too salty. Some guests liked the pan sauce and others not so much, but those people were not ordinarily much for sauces to begin with. I would make this again.

Re:Frisée and Grape Salad with Verjus and Blue Cheese

I made this for Xmas dinner. We liked it very much. My market did not have verjus. I used half lemon juice/half cooking sherry after finding both listed as substitutes for verjus. Nice balance of flavors in this salad. Even the teenagers had seconds.

Re:Double-Crust Jumble Berry Pie

I have made this pie several times and it always gets great reviews from my guests. (I have to admit I take the easy way with the crust and use a mix.) The first time I made it I did use all fresh fruit, but the past few times I have used a frozen berry mixture and it turns out great too.

Re:Grilled Sourdough Panzanella

I have made this salad dozens of times and it is my favorite tomato salad. I have taken it to many dinners and I am always asked to share the recipe. I usually omit the mint because it is not an ingredient I usually have on hand.
