Re:Classic Coconut Macaroons

So easy to make and so GOOD! the smell alone is amazing. These are fresh and sweet and moist. I made the "original" version and will definitely be making some of the variations as well. These are worth your time - make them!

Re:Raspberry Vinaigrette

This dressing is excellent. I added approx 1 1/2 Tbs sugar to cut the bitterness of the fruit. I used 1 cup of frozen raspberries, it's what I had on hand, and put all ingredients in the blender to make it smooth. It was wonderful on a salad of baby greens, gorgonzola cheese, chicken, and sunflower seeds. I'll be using this recipe again for sure!

Re:Classic Tomato Soup Recipe

Delicious! This was just so good I couldn't believe the wonderful flavor using canned tomatoes. What a time saver! I used fire-roasted tomatoes for a different flavor. This is now a regular in my house.

Re:Pork Chops with Peach-Ginger Chutney

This was really good! a keeper. It was very easy to make and quick as well! Another reviewer questioned the coating, and I can say when I made the chops they looked the same as the picture. I think it's because it's just a light dusting with flour and not a heavy flour, egg, breadcrumb mixture. Hope that helps - try the recipe it's very good. The chutney would be really good on chicken as well!

Re:Sear-Roasted Halibut with Roasted Red Pepper Purée

Really enjoyed this recipe. It is simple and fast. The sauce on this really is what makes it. It adds the right amount of flavor to this mild fish. Great weeknight recipe. This is a keeper for simple goodness.

Re:Basic Roasted Broccoli

This recipe is awesome! It's a tasty, healthy way to eat brocolli without the added fat of a ton of cheese!!
