I have made this recipe over and over again. It is terrific. I use it in pasta, on sandwiches and even mix it into pasta sauce.

Re:Kung Pao Chicken

Sadly this recipe really lacks flavor. I make a lot from Fine Cooking and this one was a real disappointment. Kung Pao Chicken should have much more depth than this. I wish someone would get the recipe for Chicken Hunan Kung Pao from Earl's restaurant, it is terrific.

Re:Pear Tarte Tatin with Almond Pastry

I have been making this dessert for years and have never been able to get the caramel to be thick. It is always fairly watery. The flavor is great, but I would love to know how to get the caramel to thicken.
