I LOVE all of Abby's MUST HAVES, but mostly the beautiful red mixer. My parents have two homes and I have had to "replace" two of my kitchenaide mixers so that I have one in each of their homes to cook/bake properly!

I made these last night. They were absolutely delicious. I even did the ground rice. Only problem... the shortbread cookie absolutely crumbled when I cut them up. This is such a good recipe and can be completed in about 4 hours (not counting the refridgerating of the final product before cutting). ANy suggestions about avoiding the crumble would be appreciated!
