Re:Endive and Apple Salad with Warm Goat Cheese

Delicious!Loved all of the flavors and texture. The dressing was a little to bland and oily so I added a little more cider vinegar and mustard. After a little tweaking , it was just right.A repeat for sure.

Re:Harvest Bread Stuffing

Really tasty stuffing! My 7 and 10yo's loved it. I made a couple of substitutions because I hade them on hand.I used portabella mushrooms instead of cremini. I also used apricots instead of prunes and cranberries (dried) instead of cherries.Overall a very good stuffing I will make this again but follow the recipe as directed !

Re:New York-Style Cheesecake with Cranberry-Cointreau Sauce

Amazing! I received rave reviews on this cheesecake! I had a few guests from New York that said it truly tasted like New York cheesecake. Light and airy but decadent at the same time! The sauce was phenomenal as well.Overall a fantastic dessert!!
