Re:Champagne Cosmo

Oh my goodness... this is the best tasting drink and if served in a martini glass, easily the most gorgeous! I've ordered it everywhere I go! And made it at home for every party I've thrown!

Re:Grilled Corn & Tomato Salad with Basil Oil

What could be better for a light lunch with a crisp glass of pinot grigio and a hunk of artisan bread? Nothing!

In one months time, I made this for everyone who happened to drop over! It is so delicious!

Re:Potato Stir-Fry with Mint & Cilantro

All we needed was puri for this recipe! The leftovers went really well with scrambled eggs the next day.

Re:Mushroom Stir-Fry with Onions & Tomatoes

This was the star of our meal! Served with homemade naan. I served all the stir-fry recipes featured with this one and this was the winner by far!

Re:Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Green Peas & Ginger

I'll pass on making this again. It was simply okay.

Re:Purée of Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup with Apple-Mint Raita

Oh my goodness! This was the best soup! The raita is essential. Such a surprise to find the apple in our bowls. I'll bring this out again for Thanksgiving.

Re:Coconut Rice Pudding with Mango

I served this wonderful lightly sweetened pudding in tall stemmed glasses for a fancy presentation. Everyone enjoyed them and I'm happy they were not very sweet.

Re:Individual Toasted Coconut & Lemongrass Bread Puddings

I am giving this a good rating because it was very well received by my guests and my husband and I enjoyed it too. However, I over-cooked the recipe. The timer went off and I was busy and it baked an additional 20 minutes! It was not as moist as I think it should have been. Also, the next time I make this, which I shall do, I will chop and bruise the lemongrass as that flavor did not come through.

Re:Indian-Spiced Chicken with Lime & Cilantro

This was superb. I used chicken tenderloins because that is what I had in my freezer and they worked very well. We were careful not to over cook them so they were moist and tender.
