Re:Buttermilk Biscuit Dough

I have not made these yet, but I wondered if this dough could be used to make steamed dumplings. I will rate it as 4 stars, which is its current rating.

Re:Bacon, Leek & Cheddar Mini Quiches

1) Can these be frozen AFTER baking?.....2) Has anyone tried baking these without the crusts? Maybe buttering the cups and coating them with crushed panko? I was thinking of baking them in standard muffin tins for quick breakfasts for the kids (subbing milk for the half-&-half).

Re:Mushroom, Endive & Green Bean Salad with Truffle Oil Vinaigrette

We love this salad and have been using it in our holiday and many party menus since 2003. The only thing I changed was to add 1 additional head of Belgian endive, which is surprising, for me. I'm usually sensitive to bitterness such as from arugula; the endive is milder and added a lot to the salad. Perhaps the heads I've been buying are smaller than the ones that Katherine Alford, the author, used.

Re:Roasted Pork Loin with Maple-Mustard Crust

I haven't cooked this yet but am expecting good results.I have a question: Is this a single or a double boneless pork loin roast?...............................................................................................................Update: October 13, 2010: Outstanding! I separated a large tied double roast into 2 separate roasts and they were delicious.
