Re:Silky Chocolate Pudding

Phenomenal! This is now one of my favorite desserts. Oftentimes I double the recipe. Simply amazing.

Re:Carrot Mash with Orange and Mint

This was divine. A wonderful marriage of flavors with the cream, butter, mint, and orange zest. The hot sauce balances it out. Add extra fresh mint and hot sauce. For those who don't like mint (such as my husband), this dish is not for you.

Re:Irish Soda Bread

Easy to make and quite tasty. I don't think it needs more salt. Just slather with some Kerrygold butter. It's delicious! Mine didn't look quite as nice as the photo, but perhaps I should have shaped it a bit more. Will definitely make this again. I liken it to a buttermilk biscuit in terms of taste. Very nice.

Re:White Bean Burgers with Tomato-Olive Relish

These burgers are very tasty. The relish enhances the flavor of the burger. Delicious! I also recommend Fine Cooking's black bean burgers.

Re:Applesauce

Delicious! The vanilla really kicks it up a notch. I used the sugar but next time might just use half of it.

Re:Rustic Bread Stuffing with Dried Cranberries, Hazelnuts & Oyster Mushrooms

This stuffing was delicious! I used the oyster mushrooms and they imparted a rich flavor to the dish. Also subbed dried cherries for the dried cranberries. For the bread, I used a rustic French loaf (homemade) and did not remove the crusts. I will be making this again soon!
