Re:Chocolate-Pomegranate Torte

Made it, loved it. Don't bake too long or it gets dry. I doubled the pomegranate jelly and used most of it; the amount specified is just not enough. And no matter how hard I try, my finished cake never looks like the photo in Fine Cooking. But it was really good and got even better after a few days so make it ahead like the recipe says. I served it with a Cranberry Pomegranate Sorbet.

Amazing salad. I added lacinato kale and used pecan vinegar but otherwise followed the recipe. My guests loved it and I craved it for days!

Re:Cream Cheese & Wild Blueberry Pound Cake

One of the best pound cake recipes ever. I add more than 1 teaspoon of Meyer lemon zest but otherwise follow the recipe exactly. I make another version with fresh cranberries, orange zest, and slivered almonds with an icing of powdered sugar, orange juice from the zested orange and enough Cognac to make it pourable.
