Re:Crêpes

This is the only recipe you will need for crepes whether sweet or savory. I usually always make dessert crepes. So much better than those paper like crepes that have no taste, aren't pliable at all and taste like cardboard that you get at the grocery. It's quick, easy and delicious. My sister was amazed at how simple they were to make and how very delicious. Keep this recipe it's the best.

Re:Buttermilk Pie

I love Buttermilk Pie, I was raised on it but I've never put butter in it. I'm not sure what the purpose of it is? Try it both ways please and let me know if there's a reason for it or not. I can't imagine what. Thanks!

Re:Sautéed Shrimp and Pancetta with Cheese Grits

This is a delicious recipe. Take the time and use quality grits! This dish deserves the best grits not a quick or instant grit for sure. I have made shrimp and grits all my life. The only thing better would be crawfish ❤️

Re:All-Butter Piecrust

I made the pie crust but made one change. I froze the butter (I keep frozen on hand) and grated it. This makes the butter thin and perfect, just mix into flour and add water. It works beautifully and you don't have to worry about over working the dough which makes one flaky crust!! Delicious flavor. My go to pie crust that with a few tweaks of ingredients you can have the perfect tart crust too.

Re:German Chocolate Cake

This is the perfect German Chocolate Cake. I found it to be easier than some of the reviews. Mixed the cake put it in the oven made the filling and they were cool enough to put together about the same time. It's moist not to chocolatey and the filling is quite delicious! Well done, I am having it again at Christmas when I visit family. Definitely one of my favorites.

Re:Pear Fritters with Lemon and Ginger

Loved the recipe. I used brown sugar cubes instead of ginger. Other than that I followed the instructions. The texture was beautifully moist and delicious.
