Re:Sautéed Ratatouille

It took me three hours from prep to finish and it was worth it. Dee-licious!I read that others used more than one pan to speed up the process, but I wanted the flavors to meld in the same pan. I sliced up some pre-cooked polenta, baked it and put the ratatouille over it!

Re:Orange Cream Star Cookies

I was in a baking mood at the last minute this evening, so I rummaged around the fridge and didn't have enough of the ingredients, so I halved the recipe. Toasted up some walnuts, threw those in. Also, didn't have a pastry bag, so I just used a teaspoon and placed on parchment covered pan. Delicious with an ice cold glass of milk. Thank you, Fine Cooking!

Re:Polenta Pound Cake with Blueberries and Thyme

Loved it! Couldn't find cake flour in my local supermarket, and I didn't have the time to search for it elsewhere, so I used what I had on hand: Unbleached white flour. I had almond flour as well, so, wanting to try the almond flour I used that along with the other called for ingredients. It was delicious. So dense and flavorful. Great toasted also!
