Re:Grilled Halibut with Tarragon-Caper Mayonnaise

The mayonnaise was incredible over the fish. We had quite a bit left over, does anyone have any ideas for the left over mayonnaise?

This is a beautiful salad. I used orzo in place of the fregola and had great results.

Re:Spicy Chicken & White Bean Chili

This is a great chili. The chipoltle peppers give it a very distict taste with a little heat. I make this recipe and freeze it for lunches. I don't use the advocado on top I garnish with sour cream, cilantro and some grated cheese.

Re:Chicken Piccata with Fried Capers

This is a favorite of the entire family. It is so quick and easy to make. I serve it with buttered egg noodles and steamed spinach or broccoli. To add a little more I sometimes add crispy pancetta and artichokes that I cook just after the capers in the same pan
