I love a good peanut dipping sauce! The leftovers were great the next day over rice noodles with scallions, and I later used it for spring rolls. Very versatile - double the batch.

I've tried a few different hummus recipes and this one is easily the best. Very savory. The garlic infused oil, and the soy sauce make a big difference. Our kids enjoyed eating it with pretzel chips.

A great recipe. Based on some of the other comments, I used a few less dates and it turned out great. I actually cooked this in a tagine and it worked out really well - very juicy. We had the leftovers with mashed potatoes and it was as good the second time.

The "quick" recipes are never as quick as I would like. That said, awesome noodles that could be a great base to any number of ingredients besides just chicken and scallions. We added cilantro and it was yummy. Good for leftover veggies and meat...

Re:Savory Rosemary Scones

I really hope someone else gives this recipe a try and gets different results. The other scone recipes from this issue are so good, I have to assume I made a mistake with this one. The result tasted like a rubber band. My guest said it tasted like a gas can...basically, there was so much rosemary that it gave this very "off", almost industrial flavor to the scone. Just awful. Please...someone else prove this to be an anomoly!

Good, easy recipe. Yes, the sauce is good with apricot as a substitute. I also did a few of the breasts without pepper flakes and they were good as well.

This is a top 5 salad for me. We don't really like beets, but we love this salad. The thinly sliced, roasted beets are more sweet than earthy, and taste great roasted with olive oil and salt. The salad dressing is wonderful and worth making.

A great recipe that is relatively easy to make. I used poblano peppers and liked it. I noticed the recipe said to add garlic with the shrimp but I didn't see garlic in the ingredients list; I added a minced clove and it was fine. I also served it with coconut rice and hand made corn tortillas - yum.
