Re:Tequila-Grapefruit Cocktails

Didn't use infused tequila but still good. I've actually been making this drink in almost the same proportions without the club soda, shaken in a cocktail shaker and served up. Friends love it!

Too sweet at proportions in recipe. Agree with previous reviewer about increasing the tequila and decreasing the agave. Definitely use a blanco tequila. Very, very yummy! I like to leave in some of the smashed up cherries.

These have become one of my Christmas cookie staples as they are always requested. If you love PB/Choc combo, they are the best! I am one to fiddle with recipes but follow this one as written--and use good quality chocolate as it makes a difference. Rich and yummy!

Very, very good! Added a few strips of bacon sliced in 1/2 inch strips and used about 2 tsp of maple syrup instead of sugar. When it finished cooking, mixed about 1/2T of butter and squeeze of lemon juice. Would definitely make again. Very easy, especially when you use the pre-cut bags of squash like I did.

Yummy! Did make a few changes: used 1.25 lbs sausage-1/2 sweet and 1/2 spicy, 4 oz goat cheese, added 1/2 large red bell pepper sliced in thin strips. Cooked down 1/2 cup of white wine with the shallots and added some more wine to my pasta water (used bit more water/wine than indicated in recipe). Everybody in family loved this dish--very tasty, not dry. Add a salad and you're done. Will definitely add to summer rotation when the squash comes in! P.S. had the parmagiano-reggiano on hand but forgot to use it--family didn't ask for it either--was fine without but will try to remember next time.

Yum! Very easy and quick to make. Added a few teaspoons of lemon juice and vanilla like other reviewers have noted. Very moist and tart--just how I like my lemon desserts. A keeper. Oh yes, I also cooked about 55 mins to an hour.

Re:Peach & Blueberry Crisp with Spiced-Pecan Topping

Made this with Apricots instead of peaches. Might stick to Peaches as Apricots didn't retain texture as well. Very good and easy. Increased the topping by a third my family likes the extra crunchiness. Also added rind of one lemon to the topping. Vanilla bean ice cream is a must!
