This was totally delicious, maybe the best ever. The soft shells were so fresh; I waited for them to be unloaded from the truck. The sauce was perfect too. Made a fabulous meal.

We had this for dinner tonight and were totally pleased with it. We used red curry paste and it had just enough bite. Easy to prepare. We'll definitely make this again.

The recipe looks great but it calls for boneless skinless breasts, yet the picture looks like these have skin. If you've ever made this, which one is it -- with skin or without?

This was an expensive disappointment. I bought gorgeous fresh scallops from a fish market. The puree just wasn't tasty, even though I added S+P twice. I think there was too much going on in the dish -- puree, scallops, pancetta, gremolata, olive oil drizzle. It overpowered the taste of the scallops for both my husband's and my taste.

Re:Turkey Chili

This was really tasty, just a little too tomato-y for us. I don't know why it was considered "light" because it was on the heavy side. Will surely make it again on another cool fall day.
