Re:Tequila-Infused Queso Fundido

I served this as a dip. This was just okay. I thought it lacked flavor and it wasn't spicy even though there were two serrano peppers in it. Also, the queso fundido quickly hardened and I had to microwave it several times to keep it at a good consistency. I would highly recommend using a fondue pot for this.It seems like it would be better served as a cheese topping for tacos, not a dip like I tried.

Re:Green Goddess Scrambled Eggs

This was the second time for me to cook the recipe. First time I used chives, second time I subbed green onions - I loved both. Very moist and flavorful! I like to have buttered toast on the side, as shown in pic. Will use again when I need to use up eggs and spinach, or maybe sooner!

I so wanted to love this. I felt like the tastes didn't come together as a dish and I followed the recipe closely. As I ate it, I was picking out the coriander seeds. The following day it tasted worse and sour and had to discard the leftovers.
