Re:Pizza Dough

This had good flavor but I had a lot of trouble with tearing. I even watched the video but the dough just kept on tearing. I ended up rolling it out with a rolling pin, which made tasty flat bread, but not great pizza. Any tips on what I did wrong?

Re:Spaghetti alla Carbonara

Really, really, really good. Well written instructions about tossing the spaghetti. Quick to make. I used regular bacon because this is how my mom always made it. Personally I like more bacon than the recipe called for (maybe pancetta is saltier so the quantity in the recipe is better when followed to a t)

Re:Chicken Pot Pie

This was awesome. The crust was fantastic. My only recs are don't boil the sauce down too much. Freezes well.I actually made this in stages. One day I cooked the chicken while making something else, I kept it in the fridge in the pan and then deglazed the pan the next day. I made the crust at another time as well.
