Easy, moist, crispy chicken. Had a very good flavor. I liked that it was baked and not fried. I trimmed boneless chicken breasts and pounded them to make them thinner. Bake in a convection oven at 400 for 15 minutes until chicken reached 165

Had some apples and pears I wanted to use so I decided to try this. Very easy. Had very good flavor. I prepared it in a stainless steel pan and came out of the oven tender with a crisp topping at 25 minutes. I used Bartlett pears and Granny Smith and Crispin apples. In preparing this again I would transfer the hot fruit from the skillet to a casserole dish and then top with the topping and bake. I served it warm with ice cream. It was delicious. I only gave it 4 stars because unless you eat the entire cobbler you lose the crisp topping when transferring to another dish for later.

It was creamy. Had an interesting flavor. However, something was not very appealing about the taste. I will not be making this one again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't a "keeper".

Re:Slow-Cooked Pot Roast with Mustard & Horseradish Gravy

This turned out better than I thought it would. It was a big hit. I prepared the pot roast a day ahead. On the day of serving, I sliced the roast and warmed it through while I prepared the gravy and other sides. I served it with mashed cauliflower which turned out to be another hit with my family. The gravy was outstanding and the beef was very tender. This will be on my return performance list. Easy to prepare with wonderful flavor.

Re:Buttermilk Cake with Spiced Vanilla Icing

Very moist and tender. I didn't make any changes in the recipe. It is a keeper. I too didn't care for the icing when I tasted it but it tastes great with the cake. I just made a second cake to give as a gift.
