Re:Classic French Chicken in White Wine Sauce

I have rated other recipes 5 stars but this one is really 6 stars. Just a amazing, easy recipe. I double the miropiox because it slopped up by the rotini pasta. Get the extra large rotini to pair with this.

Re:Sole Fillets with Toasted Pine Nuts, Lemon, and Basil

This is not just your run of the mill good recipe. It is excellent and easy! It is perfect for family weeknight dinner. The lemon seems overwhelming but it is balanced by the pinenuts and basil perfectly. My 4yr loves this and even the anti fish eater husband clears his plate. One thing follow recipe to the T. If you don't have basil nothing else will do to cut the strong lemon.

Re:Risotto alla Milanese (Risotto with Parmesan & Saffron)

Superb! Now a mainstay in my house. I have made this recipe with Osso Bucco, short ribs, and scallops. Once you have made this a few times, the recipe is easy to remember. Homemade risotto is amazing. You can make this ahead, stop at the point where the recipe says out can stay out for 2 hours on baking sheet. Let it cool on baking sheet and then put it in an airtight container. Reheat slowly with more broth within 24 hours.

Re:Short Rib Ragù

Very Good recipe, easy to follow. Used bacon instead of pancetta, used ziti. It was a hit!! Made great leftovers. My fav short rib recipe.

Re:Orecchiette with Fennel, Sausage & Tomatoes

Really, Really Good! My husband loves this. I cut back on the fennel a little but other than that, this recipe is foolproof.
