Re:No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Pie

All I can say is "WOW"! A simple delicious chocolate dessert. The whole family loves it. Found Quadratini chocolate wafers at Whole Foods. I found the crust too thin for my taste so I double that part.

Re:Southern Fried Chicken

Wow! I'm speechless! The BEST fried chicken I've ever tasted. Easy, easy, easy. The dry brine is what makes this so delicious, moist, and crispy. A hit at our house!

Re:Green Cabbage-Apple-Fennel Salad

Excellent mix of flavors. Fresh and crispy. Didn't have fennel or watercress on hand, but delicious nonetheless. Pecans add a nice flavor.

Re:Sesame Turkey Cutlets with Israeli Couscous Pilaf

This recipe tasted fabulous. First time I worked with breading turkey. I did slice the turkey cutlets in half since they were quite thick. This made the meat cook quicker. The couscous complimented the meal nicely. Will repeat this for sure!

Re:Stacked Green Chile & Grilled Chicken Enchiladas

Excellent recipe. Very good flavors. Good recipe to use with left over chicken breasts. We thought making the sauce was too much effort though, so now we buy the Old El Paso Green Chile Sauce in the can. Tastes just as good.

Re:Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

This is an excellent recipe if you are not a big fan of brussels sprouts. The balsamic flavor really stands out. On that note, be careful to reduce the vinegar as stated or it can overpower the dish.
