Re:Cardamom-Honey Cutouts

This recipe has become my go to, cut out decorating cookie, for all the Holidays. At Christmas I donate over 400 cookies for a charity cookie decoratint event. Easter explodes with bunnies and eggs for childrens baskets. Make ahead dough, bake out as needed. To top it off, its delicious!!

Re:Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

Fabulous recipe. I spiced it up with a dash or two of Schiracha. To the person who could not find creme fraiche, you can substitute a blend of sour cream and light mayo with a squeeze of lemon. Recipes are a map to cooking, it's okay to take a detour now and then.

Re:Green Beans and Carrots in Charmoula Sauce

simple recipe with a complex sauce. The sauce is better made in advance. Used Haricot verts and locally grown carrots. My 85 diners loved it. Outstanding recipe.

Re:Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Excellent recipe. I prefer my Deviled Eggs a bit lighter on the mayo. I used just enough mayo to bind the other ingredients together. Flavors were bold and distinct. Yum!!! my new go to recipe.

Re:Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits

The BEST biscuit recipe. If you handle it to hard and if the butter/shortening is too soft it will incorporate too much, and not produce the biscuit layers you are looking for. Tiny lumps are GOOD!!! I prefer to roll it out a little thicker to give a nice puffy biscuit.

Re:Fred’s Finest Baby Back Ribs

This is an excellet recipe. The flavors are spot on. For those of you who profess to be grillers, shame on you for leaving your grill. With any new recipe on the grill, you should monitor it very carefully as that each grill reacts differently. My cooking times were shorter as well and my crew is more into the spices, so we elected not to use the honey. Thank you Fred, we are going to try the burgers next.
