Great use of leftover salmon! The flavor mix is fantastic. My rice ended up a bit gummy since the lentils took longer to soften. Next time I would cook the rice and lentils separately - but even with a bit of a mushy texture, it was very tasty and makes great leftovers as well...

Very good! I only made one 2-lb salmon filet as there are only two of us eating - but I used a full recipe of the spice rub and it was perfect. The salmon ended up taking an hour to cook - we ended up turning on two burners to speed things along - maybe our grill is too large. Even with the extended cooking, it still ended up moist and flavorful. I had leftovers to make the kedegree and that recipe was also good.

This is an awesome recipe. I've made it many times and it always turns out butter-knife tender. With the red wine sauce it is to-die for!

Excellent recipe - easy to make and perfect for entertaining as it is made ahead and then reheated. The potatoes stay light and fluffy and have nice flavor.
