The quinoa salad is delicious and is very easy to make. I use the cold quinoa salad as a side dish with roasted chicken, grilled pork chops, you name it! Excellent recipe!

Best cookie recipe! Very light and absolutely divine! I have no problem with the dough or the eggs from the recipe in the magazine. Everything was perfect the way it should be. The only problem is to find a way to stop eating them!!

Very easy to make and probably the best cole slaw we've ever had! Since we like it spicy, the second time I made it we added a teaspoon of vietnamese hot chili garlic sauce and a tablespoon of whole grain mustard. It was simply divine with our smoked BBQ ribs!!

Absolutely delicious! When I was in a rush, I would brown the chicken and shrimp without marinating them first and it turned out to be also very good. In the summer, I made the marinade and I brush it on my grilled shrimp, yummmm!

I have been making this Tiramisu since it first published in your magazine. It's so light and delicious and it won so many praises whenever I made it. Lately, I took the liberty to modify the recipe a bit. I brush the cake with extra coffee liquor along with the espresso to give the cake an extra punch!
