Re:Pappardelle with Creamy Smoked Salmon, Caper, and Dill Sauce

Feels fancy but is super easy to make with minimal prep time (minimal chopping, etc). The sauce compliments the smoked salmon really well. A delicious and perfect meal!

Re:Spicy Rice Noodle Stir-Fry

Delicious and very easy to make! The eggs are light and fluffy and add to the substance of the dish. One of our new favorites.

Re:Oranges in Cardamom Syrup with Honey Whipped Cream

this taste good but I have tried several times and can not get syrup right. When I put orange juice in melted sugar it immediately hardens and I cannot get it to combine.

Re:Lemony Halibut en Papillotes with Leek Rice Pilaf

Absolutely delicious! We used the full amount of butter and loved it. Easy to make for a weeknight dinner, we have made this a few times already with cod, tilapia and halibut. The halibut is the best but also more a expensive fish.
