Re:Brown Butter Pumpkin Layer Cake

Fantastic! Don't worry that the layers are only 1". Once you add thenuts & seeds in middle the cake is the right height. For those who like much frosting, I would recommend doubling the ingredients as there was just enough. I am making this for Thanksgiving!

A bit disappointed that it was such a small cake. Smallest bundt cake Iever made. The filling was deliciousbut thought there were too many spices in the cake. Not grand enough for Thanksgiving.

This is delicious & the easiest cake I have ever made. Everyone I have given it to absolutely loves it. I don't sift the sugar. I whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla & then slowly whisk in the melted butter. Then I whisk in the milk & combine dry & wet ingredients

My favorite cookie. I increase vanilla by half, double the espresso powder & only cook 18 min. per side. These are perfect for an after dinner treat. Not too sweet - confectioners sugar is less sweet than regular sugar.My husband loves these! Also, very simple to make.Love all Abigail Dodge recipes - she cannot be beat!
