Re:Grilled Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb with Fresh Mint Sauce

This is a great choice for entertaining. The marinade is a snap, and yet the flavor is wonderful. I was daunted by the grilling aspect, but the flattening and pounding make grilling easy. Lots of compliments on this recipe.

Re:Chicken Satés with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Not only are these great appetizers, but they are also a hit with kids. My daughter loves it when friends are over because the chicken is fun to dip, and my 10th grader loves it as a high protein dinner after lacrosse games. To turn them into a dinner, forget the bamboo sticks and simply broil the tenders "as is." The recipe doubles nicely for a dinner version.

Re:Fastest Barbecued Chicken

This tastes like it's been marinading for days. A great, last-minute-to-impress dinner when guests pop by. Super end to a busy summer day.

Re:Herb-Butter Roasted Turkey with Pinot Noir Gravy

Be warned: once you make this turkey for Thanksgiving, you will ALWAYS make this turkey for Thanksgiving. Your friends and family will be sure of that! But you'll want to because it is so good.

Re:Tex-Mex Chicken with Chiles and Cheese

Easy and very flavorful. We served it straight from the skillet with homemade tortilla chips to scoop the extra corn and cheese. Dinners like this are really fun for families.

Re:Grilled Asian Pork Tenderloin with Peanut Sauce

Delicious as is. Really good recipe to have on hand for the "home from work/school need something fast and yummy" dilemma. The sauce makes this a hit with my kids.

Re:Grilled Chicken Wings

It's really fun to make several of the sauces to serve when guests are over - a potpourri of flavor. The finger food, saucy mash-up is a hit with kids and teens, too!

Re:Beef Burgers with Blue Cheese and Caramelized Onions

Surprisingly good flavor combination. I used grass fed beef and it came out wonderfully.

Re:Cedar-Planked Salmon with Red Pepper & Caper Sauce

Outstanding. My country club dinner guests raved. And the secret is: it is so easy (but you don't have to tell). I used the leftover caper sauce the next day on roasted cauliflower. Yum.

Re:Sear-Roasted Halibut with Tomato & Capers

The beauty of this dish is that you can make it during the week for an incredible, healthy dinner, or serve it for guests to impress. Simple ingredients combine to make a wonderful flavor. One of my favorites.
