Re:North African Spiced Salmon Over French Lentils

My family inhaled this dish. Have never been a big fan of lentils but the dried fruit (I didn't have enough dried apricots so added dried currents) and onions made me a convert.

Re:Pasta with Pork and Chestnut Ragù

I rarely make pasta but had to try this dish when I realized I had ground pork in my freezer and chestnuts in my pantry. What an incredible combination! The chestnuts add a very subtle and sweet flavor, and I've never met a pork dish I didn't like. I'm saving this recipe to make again when I need a pasta fix.

Re:Rainbow Chard–Potato Frittata

This may be the best frittata I've made yet, and I make them almost weekly to use up leftover veggies from the week. The bottom layer is creamy potatoes and onions, and above sits the eggs and greens - unique to my frittata experience. Having it set completely in the oven - instead of partially on the stovetop - ensures that is cooks evenly and does't burn under the broiler. Pass the hot sauce and wine.

Re:Roasted Chicken, Chickpea, and Cauliflower Salad

I made this salad exactly as instructed and wouldn't change a thing. It has amazing flavor and will go in my files as a favorite. Its worth every minute it takes to make the chickpeas with bay leaves and herbs for the texture - I may never buy canned chickpeas again.
