Re:Grilled Bread with Garlic, Olive Oil, Prosciutto & Oranges

I loved this recipe, however it is not everyone's cup of tea. The flavours are strong and distinct, and people I served it to at a cocktail party either raved about it, or hated it. I found sectioning the orange pieces to be quite challenging.

Re:Warm Couscous & Grilled Zucchini Salad

This recipe is time consuming to say the least, however it is well worth the effort. I added grilled eggplant as well. If you like couscous, you will love this dish. It is even better as leftovers.

Re:Classic Dinner Rolls

Yummy. These rolls are dense, buttery and delicious. They taste just like rolls my grandmother used to make. They are best the day they are made, however they will keep for another 2 days and the taste will be just as good - just the texture will change a bit - a little dry or chewy maybe?? Anyway, these are simple to make and worth the effort. If I didn't make them for Thankgiving I would never be forgiven.

Re:Mashed Potatoes with Caramelized Shallots

Wow. This recipe is rich tasting but delicious. I made it with my Thanksgiving dinner and both my sister and her husband said they were the best potatoes they had ever tasted. When I first added the cream and butter to the potatoes, I panicked a bit because they looked almost like a soup, however they quickly thickened up to a creamy smooth consistency and were fantastic. I didn't have a potato ricer so I just mashed them and it seemed to be fine.

Re:Green Beans with Brown Butter & Pecans

This was very good but a little on the greasy side, so if you are not into that, you won't love this recipe. The flavour is amazing though, and the lemon really makes all the flavours come out. I would make it again.

Re:Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake with a Gingersnap Crust

This recipe is amazing. I make it every year because if I don't everyone is devastated. I always make more of the crust part than it calls for because it it the best part of the cake. I also make a caramel-bourbon sauce to go with it that is to die for. Here is the link to that recipe. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/SPICED-PUMPKIN-CHEESECAKE-WITH-CARAMEL-BOURBON-SAUCE-233179

Re:Cranberry Citrus Compote

If you like tart, then this is your recipe. It is delicious. Make sure to make it a day ahead so the flavours can develop.

Re:Caesar Salad

Wonderful salad dressing recipe. Very strong garlic flavour, so if your not big on garlic, you might not enjoy it. The croutons are a must!

Re:Bruschetta Topping: Grilled Radicchio & Onions with Balsamic Vinegar

I found this recipe to be absolutely delicious, however some of my guests weren't too keen on the bitter flavour of the radicchio. Others raved about it. It would be good to serve at a party where it wasn't the only hors d'oeuvre being served - that way if people didn't love the strong radicchio flavour they would have other things to munch on.
