I absolutely love this! The swordfish is so moist and delicious. The combination of red pepper, balsamic, garlic and butter is wonderful! I did cut the butter with some olive oil (to reduce the amount of butter and also to prevent it from burning) and it was still great!

This is really great! I would caution that you have your broiler ready (heated up) at the same time your skillet heats up. I waited and the meat was a little overcooked by the time it got good colour on the top. But the rub is exquisite and the red onions are great, especially having been tossed in the rub in the pan. A definite favourite!

This is fabulous! The sauce is so full of flavour. I did it with linguine, which worked beautifully. I disagree with reviewers about the spinach - I thought it was perfect for this dish!

Re:Grilled Mustard-Rosemary Chicken

This is absolutely amazing! I've fallen in love with chicken breast again! I had to increase the time per "position" to about 4 minutes, since my chicken breasts were on the large size. They came out moist and delicious. Wonderful!
