Easy and real good. I added more of the hot peppers, as we like food spicy. The spicy peppers added a nice heat and a great vinegar flavor that does not over power at all. Great for a quick weeknight dinner

Yummy Just Yummy..... They taste like heaven. I cut the recipe in half and they turned out perfect. Served with Raspberry preservers which made them like a sugared jelly donut. My family gobbled these up.

This is delicious. I use the Kale and it was so good. If anyone is skeptical about using Kale please try this recipe. I did one thing different added more celery and carrots and the whole onion. Yummmmmmm

Would highly recommend. Potatoes stayed moist and creamy, not heavy at all. Great also because you can make ahead. I would recommend adding a sprinkling of grated paremesean across the top before broiling as this made it even tastier.. Would make again....

Re:Chocolate Roulade with Raspberry Filling

I am an experienced cook and also love baking. The cake part came out fine (needed to cooker about 5 or six minutes longer though) but for the filling there definelty was not enough fill to cover cake and when I followed the directions for the filling beating in the raspberry puree and the chambord at the end the whole mixture curdled. Cant figure out why. DOes any one have any clues.
