Re:Wild Blueberry and Ricotta Pancakes

I agree w/previous comments about these cakes needing to cook on low heat. My cakes took a long time to cook and they still had a soggy consistency. Is that the nature of ricotta? Don't know.I took the suggestion to cut the sugar in half, but I ended up adding more sugar to my batter because my blueberries were so tart.I thought the flavor of the cakes were good, but I'm not sure I would make these again.

The flavor of this dish was really flat and boring, and it wasn't due to a lack of salt. I will never make it again.

The flavor of this dish was average and my vegetables were still rock hard with the roasting time that was suggested in the recipe. I had to remove my chicken pieces and continue roasting my vegetables to get the desired texture. I think veges should have been roasted alone to carmelize and soften them before adding the chicken. I think this would've boosted the flavor as well. It would also be a good idea to season the chicken with salt & pepper before baking, which was not suggested in the recipe.

1 1/2 cups of water? You better recheck your recipe. My meatballs didn't resemble meatballs after (or during) frying. What a mushy mess.
