Re:Spicy Slow-Cooked Short Ribs with Lime & Basil

Wowza, that was fantastic!!! Complex, tasty flavors, perfect for a winter day...I could not find the lime marmalade so I made a batch of that from a basic recipe off the internet. The final step of de-fatting the sauce and adding the basil makes this dish, as does the lime marmalade. Would not skip either step. Fabulous, this recipe is a keeper!

Re:Striped Bass en Papillote

Delicious! I used fresh halibut and followed the balance of recipe as described. Wonderful dinner - would be a good one for guests as you can make it all ahead and just put in oven upon arrival.

Re:Leek and Goat Cheese Frittata

Tried this last night for dinner. Very tasty but there must be an error in the recipe. It calls for 1 teaspoon of salt to be added to the egg mixture which made it way too salty (I used unsalted butter and the quantity of this added salt is too much - was this recipe tested?). Reduce the salt by half. With this correction it will be perfection. Very tasty and would be great for brunch. Also, easy to make for those who are new to frittata's.
