The pasta was great! The sauce was tasty but dry. I would make it again, but add some pasta water to the pan to make more of a sauce.

This recipe is very tasty and tolerates changes depending on the state of your pantry. I have made it with fresh rice noodles as well. Most North Americans find it spicy enough without the peppers. I just add extra chili garlic sauce.

Re:Orange-Braised Chicken with Crisp Prosciutto

I doubled this recipe and served it with "Artisan Bread in 5 minutes" and a mixed wild rice/brown rice. It was amazing and the crowd at the table nearly licked their plates! I highly recommend it and will do it again! The Prosciutto really adds more than a garnish.

I made this for Christmas dinner for my family. It was excellent and the timing was perfect for the beef to be done at the level we like (rare to medium rare). The make ahead feature was also great!I had to sub pepper goat cheese (local supply issues) and that worked very well.

Re:Spice-Crusted Roast Pork Tenderloin

This was fast to make and very tasty! I served it with a Risotto Milanese but that was too mild--it can handle a stronger flavoured side.
