Re:Grilled Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb with Fresh Mint Sauce

The recipe was easy to follow and the results were outstanding. I tripled the amounts to serve 30 and had some leftovers, which were welcomed the next day. Everyone enjoyed the lamb. The fresh mint sauce was fantastic. It is my new go-to lamb recipe.

Re:Roasted Hubbard Squash Soup with Hazelnuts & Chives

The soup is my new favorite. I had already cooked the squash (punch holes, throw into 350 oven for a couple of hours, let cool), so I "roasted" the fennel and coriander in the olive oil, then added the garlic and sage and continued with the recipe.

Re:Broccoli Salad with Feta, Olive-Oil-Fried Almonds & Currants

Wonderful. I liked it best when the broccoli was still warm and I had just tossed the salad. I refrigerated the leftovers, and had leftovers for lunch the next day. I still liked the salad, but it had been amazing when just made.
