Re:Peach & Blueberry Crisp with Spiced-Pecan Topping

Excellent!! Would only make this when I can get perfectly ripe peaches. Otherwise I wouldn't bother. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out very good. I think I will use more peach and less blueberry when I make this again but that is just a matter of personal taste. The spiced pecan topping was excellent. I fail to see how the pecans could make the topping tart as stated by another reviewer.

Absolutely wonderful. Nothing describes fresh summer produce more than this salad. As the intro note states, do not try this with anything other than fresh, ripe summer tomatoes and peaches. The combination of ripe tomatoes and peaches with the fresh herbs is a combination that can't be beat.

This is a perfect combination for a summer meal. Similar to other reviewers, I also added more fruit including dried cranberries. The dressing is just barely enough for the one cup of quinoa called for by the recipe. It works but don't use extra quinoa. The other good thing about this recipe is that it comes together quickly and does not require a lot of prep work. Excellent all around!

Light and refreshing. Not too sweet. Perfect for summer when peaches are at their prime. I used non-fat Greek yogurt and it worked well.

This turned out really well. It comes together fairly quickly and doesn't require too much prep work. It's perfect for a hot summer day and makes an excellent addition to any buffet. I used graffiti eggplant as Italian wasn't available. Wonderful flavors!

I will never eat store bought beans out of a can again. This recipe is that good. I followed the recipe exactly and, yes, it does take time to make but it is so worth it. The flavor is complex, not overly sweet and packs a little heat from the chile powders. I like spice so it was not too spicy at all for me. The beans definitely need to sit in the fridge overnight to allow for full flavor development.

Love this. One of our all-time favorites. Always follow recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. Once I tried this in the winter when fresh corn was not available. Used frozen white corn. Not worth the effort. Fresh corn is key to this recipe. Heavenly.

Excellent! Made exact to recipe. So easy and simple. The fragrance of the rosemary is intoxicating and fills the kitchen with its aroma. Wouldn't change a thing.

Love this!! Excellent flavors. Makes a nice dinner for a change of pace. This requires a lot of prep work but it comes together quickly once everything is ready to go. I also get less than 6 servings from this so plan accordingly.
